We had prepared presentations for the college authorities as well as for the students. We explained to the college administration and senior professors about the ways in which our organization can benefit their students in long run. Moreover, we also took permission to give presentation to the students in the college and encouraged them to join our firm as internees now and employees afterwards. Handouts were also provided to them, which also contained details about our company and the skills and abilities that internees can learn by working with us. We also pitched the colleges to advertise us on their notice boards so that the students who missed to attend the presentation can also avail the opportunity of working at a better place.

As a result of our efforts, many internees joined our company and were provided training. I also joined their group and learned so much about the basic HR functions by receiving training from the Human Resource Personals, Senior Human Resource Personals and Human Resource Director.

Along with working in this office, I also worked in Metalsa and as stated above it is also family business coming under umbrella of Proeza. Its main purpose is to engineer assembled metal products and serve the automobile industry. I found going there little hectic as I had to drive 30 minutes to reach there...

This internship proved to be a quite good experience and will help me in the future to work for my family business. My uncles have worked really hard to make it a successful business and now they expect from our generation to cope with it in the near future.
Hanging out with friends has always been a part of my life as I really like to be with my friends and having parties with them. Therefore, along with the informative activity of internship, I also spent time with my big circle of friends in the evenings, which is always a fun. We went to shopping malls, cinemas, dining spots and had great time together.

Sometimes on weekend mornings I also painted canvases; painting is always fun and painting canvases is one of my hobbies. Secondly, these days painting canvases is found to be more attractive and a new painting trend. I also visited a painting exhibition along with my friends; it was fun and I got so many new ideas to painting canvases.

I spent my vacations through different activities, some were informative and others entertaining and creative. Well in my opinion, vacations should be a part of your interests & hobbies and should spend it with good activities rather than wasting time.
